Ordering

How do I place an order?
Add a fragrance to your cart, choose a size, and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment or cash-on-delivery is confirmed.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be changed.

What payment methods are accepted?
Cash on delivery and direct bank transfer are supported. Available options are shown at checkout.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Most orders within Pakistan arrive within 3 to 5 business days. See the Shipping Policy page for full details.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the Order Tracking page with your order number and the email or mobile number used at checkout.

Yes, every listing states the concentration, fragrance family, and top, heart, and base notes on the product page.

What if I am not sure which scent to choose?
Use the Shop by Occasion and fragrance family filters, or send a message from the Contact page and the team can recommend a match.
